To do this exercice, you will need around 20 minutes of undisturbed time, ideally in a space you can move around a bit and have something to take some notes for insights.
This feeling is what you actually looking for and as you noticed you can transport yourself and evoke this feeling without your outer circonstance being any different!

And this is very important because actually life is not about some future goal where you will finally be fulfilled. Life is Now. And when you connect to your North Star, your goal, you can connect to the feeling you want to experience and guide yourself to create this very feeling here and now and chose your actions that already let you live what you are dreaming of.
